• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• To request a return, contact us at info@infobekokart.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
